Before you send a quote
Is pricing fixed or hourly?
Wynexorium quotes fixed-price projects based on defined scope. Hourly billing is only used for open-ended maintenance retainers — never for core project delivery. You know the cost before work starts.
What affects the final price of a website project?
The number of unique page templates, complexity of third-party integrations (CRM, payment gateways, APIs), whether the design is fully custom vs. theme-based, and whether ongoing maintenance is included. All of this is scoped in detail during the discovery call before quoting.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Enterprise and larger projects are split into milestone-based payments aligned to project stages.
Can I get a quote without a call?
Yes — fill in the contact form with as much project detail as possible and I'll send a ballpark range within one business day. A call is only needed if the scope needs clarification before quoting.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The initial 30-minute consultation is always free and no-obligation. The only commitment is a written quote after that call — which you can accept, decline, or negotiate.
