Every Build Starts With A Business Problem, Not A Template.

Below is a mix of live client engagements and labelled concept projects, covering business website development, ecommerce development and custom software development. Each one is judged on the same standard: does it convert, does it rank, and can someone else maintain it in a year. Prefer the short version? See what we offer or check pricing first.

Included by default

What every project includes.

Whether it's a WordPress business site, a Shopify store, or a custom React and Next.js build, every engagement is held to the same baseline no upsells required.

Technical SEO

Semantic markup, clean URL structure, and a crawlable site architecture from the first commit.

Core Web Vitals

Built and measured against the loading, responsiveness and stability metrics Google uses to rank pages.

Accessibility

Keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and colour contrast considered from the design stage, not patched in afterwards.

Responsive Design

Mobile first layouts tested across real breakpoints, not just resized in a browser window.

Schema Markup

Structured data — LocalBusiness, Product, Article and more so search engines and AI systems like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can understand and cite the page correctly.

Performance Optimisation

Image delivery, caching and code structure tuned for fast, consistent load times, not just a good first run score.

Documentation

Clear handover notes so your team, or the next developer, can maintain the site with confidence.

Security Best Practices

Secure hosting configuration, sensible dependency management, and safe handling of forms and user data.

Detailed case studies

The full story behind the build — problem to production.

Every case study below is real client work — for concept and sample builds, see the project cards above. If you'd rather start with numbers or a checklist, pricing and services cover that directly.

Case Study 01 • Manufacturing • Business Website

B2B Manufacturing Storefront

Business challenge

The company's existing WordPress site made it hard for B2B buyers to find products or request a quote, and a slow mobile experience meant it was losing RFQs to competitors with a better presented digital storefront.

Project goals

Present the product catalogue clearly, let buyers request quotes without picking up the phone, and rank for industrial procurement search terms.

Discovery & research

Auditing the existing site surfaced three blockers: an unstructured catalogue with no clear navigation, a mobile experience slow enough to lose visitors before they reached a contact point, and no schema markup for search engines to understand the catalogue.

Technical strategy

Rebuild on Next.js for long term performance and maintainability, with a custom image delivery pipeline (WebP, blur up placeholders, lazy loading) to resolve the load time issue, and an internal linking structure replanned to consolidate authority across product category pages.

Solution delivered

A Next.js website with a structured, filterable product catalogue, a multi layout shiftstep RFQ form built directly into the site, and full LocalBusiness + Product + Organization schema.org markup.

Technologies used

Next.jsTypeScriptTailwind CSSSchema.orgVercel

Features implemented

  • Multi step RFQ form built into the site
  • Structured, filterable product catalogue
  • LocalBusiness + Product + Organization schema
  • Custom image delivery pipeline for faster mobile loading

Key takeaways

For B2B manufacturers, a slow or unstructured catalogue costs RFQs directly — schema markup and clean information architecture do as much for lead capture as the enquiry form itself.

Performance & SEO focus

Image delivery and schema markup were rebuilt specifically to address the mobile load time and indexing gaps identified during discovery.

Luxury Menswear Lookbook

Business challenge

The previous site had no structured enquiry flow, so customers were dropping off before ever reaching WhatsApp contact and a standard ecommerce grid didn't suit how the brand wanted to present its occasion based collections.

Project goals

Present wedding, festive and formal collections as a curated lookbook rather than a product grid, and get more visitors from browsing to a WhatsApp enquiry.

Discovery & research

Reviewing the existing theme showed unsized image containers causing layout shift on load, category based navigation that didn't match how customers actually shop for occasion wear, and no clear path from browsing to enquiry.

Technical strategy

A custom WordPress theme with full bleed lookbook layouts, occasion based navigation instead of product categories, and a WhatsApp CTA placed at multiple scroll points. Image delivery was rebuilt with WebP, blur up placeholders, srcset and explicit width/height attributes to resolve the layout shift problem.

Solution delivered

A custom WordPress and WooCommerce build with occasion based lookbook navigation, a multi point WhatsApp enquiry strategy, and product schema on every garment page.

Technologies used

WordPressCustom ThemeWooCommerceWhatsApp APIProduct Schema

Features implemented

  • Occasion based navigation (wedding, festive, formal)
  • Full bleed editorial lookbook layout
  • Multi point WhatsApp CTA strategy
  • Per garment product schema

Key takeaways

For editorial and luxury brands, the right measure isn't just load speed — removing friction between browsing and a WhatsApp enquiry mattered just as much as the technical rebuild.

Performance & SEO focus

Rebuilding image delivery with explicit sizing was the direct fix for the layout shift issue found in discovery, alongside schema markup added to every product page.

Fashion Coord Set Brand

Business challenge

A theme customised by multiple developers over time had become slow and unreliable, with catalogue sync errors that were causing products to disappear from Meta Ads mid campaign directly hurting paid social ROAS.

Project goals

Migrate to a theme that's fast and maintainable, eliminate the catalogue sync errors, and keep paid social campaigns running without interruption.

Discovery & research

Auditing the existing theme identified unnecessary JavaScript and app bloat accumulated over multiple rounds of customisation, plus an unreliable Meta Commerce Catalog connection as the root cause of the sync errors.

Technical strategy

A full migration to a clean, custom Liquid theme built from scratch under a strict JavaScript budget — no jQuery, no unnecessary apps — with native lazy loading and product metafields for outfit styling context. The Meta Commerce Catalog connection was audited and repaired, and Klaviyo was rebuilt with correct event tracking.

Solution delivered

A custom Shopify Liquid theme with a minimal JavaScript footprint, reliable Meta Commerce Catalog sync, and outfit level metafields for styling context.

Technologies used

ShopifyLiquidMeta CommerceKlaviyoCustom Theme

Features implemented

  • Custom Liquid theme built under a strict JS budget
  • Native lazy loading
  • Outfit styling product metafields
  • Repaired Meta Commerce Catalog sync
  • Rebuilt Klaviyo event tracking

Key takeaways

A theme patched by several developers over time often reaches a point where a clean rebuild is more reliable — and ultimately cheaper — than another round of fixes.

Performance & SEO focus

Removing JavaScript and app bloat was the direct fix for both the slow load times and the intermittent catalogue sync errors that were disrupting paid social campaigns.

Beyond the build

Results Why These Case Studies Matter.

The technology changes from project to project. What stays constant is how the decisions get made, and what changes for the business afterward.

Engineering decisions

Every technology choice above was made for the project, not out of habit Next.js for a catalogue heavy B2B site, a lightweight custom Shopify theme for a paid social driven store, WordPress for a content first lookbook.

Scalability

Structured data and clean component architecture mean these builds don't need a rebuild the next time the business grows, adds a product line, or expands into a new market.

Maintainability

Conventional, framework idiomatic code and documented handovers mean each site can be picked up by another developer, not just the one who built it.

Long term business value

The goal was never just a better looking site it was fewer lost RFQs, fewer dropped enquiries, and campaigns that keep running without catalogue errors.
